 01  How does TriAxial charge customers?

 

We typically charge for our services on an hourly basis at fair and competitive market rates and when requested, a not-to-exceed estimate can be provided. Fixed cost contracts can be considered within a well-defined scope of work, design requirements, or specifications.​

 02  What areas do we service?

​

TriAxial is located in La Mesa, California near San Diego.  Assignments and projects have been completed onsite and remotely for customers throughout the United States. Most of our customers are located in Southern California.

 03  What industries does TriAxial serve?

​

TriAxial’s staff has over 40 years’ experience in commercial and military product development.  During that time many hundreds of projects have been completed in countless industries.  We pride ourselves in being able to meet the needs of most any industry.

 04  How long has TriAxial been in business?

​

TriAxial was founded in November of 1996 by the CEO Phil Sluder. In 2013 TriAxial Design and Analysis, Inc. was registered as a California corporation.

 05  What version(s) of SOLIDWORKS does TriAxial use?

​

TriAxial can assist you in any version of SOLIDWORKS and its family of products.

 06  Can resources be on our site? 

​

Yes, TriAxial’s staff is frequently retained for onsite roles for any period of time. We can also provide our own computer and software if that is more convenient for our customers.

 07  What about Confidentiality and Disclosure?

​​

We maintain confidentially and are often bound by non-disclosure agreements.  We would be glad to utilize your agreement or ours. Published records are with the consent of the customers.

 08  What is the difference between TriAxial and a temporary agency?

​​

When you contract with TriAxial to work with you on a project, you are not just hiring temporary staff to fill a seat; we will provide you with the knowledge base of our entire team. We work together drawing on the specialty skills of each team member to quickly finish our assigned tasks.
